COMPLETED
Originally this was a PD scheme to convert an office block into 25 apartments. We then gained a further 8 apartments by going into planning to convert the roof spaces. Since achieving the planning consent for the rooftop’s development, we have also been granted permission for a side extension to give us a grand total of 37 luxury apartments.
Progress
Works are well underway with the division and ‘fit-out’ of the existing building. We have also made strides forward with the new rooftop structures and the side extension.
Interiors
Beautifully finished, these apartments would appeal to any generation including all first-time buyers set in a great location in the heart of Chertsey.
