Similar to is sister building Solis this scheme also involved a ‘change of use’ permission to convert the existing commercial unit into 39 units. Including external upgrades and amendments with an additional rooftop extension the scheme in will include 48 modern apartments.
Progress
The project involves the change of use from Class B1 offices to Class C3 residential in order to convert the existing building into 34 residential units excluding the commercial units to the rear of the site which will be retained for commercial use.
26 car parking spaces will be provided on site for the residential unit.
