A tricky project to say the least this scheme was to convert and extend the existing property (including the addition of a basement) into 6 self-contained residential units. The scope included the demolition of a single storey garage and erecting a three-storey side and rear extension. The dig out and formation of a basement, two rear dormer roof extensions, the provision of front and rear light wells and all the landscaping to make useable outside space.

Trying to keep key period features we have brought this building and the individual apartments into the 21st century creating some very stylish yet elegant living spaces.
